The Holiday Inn Express Manhattan Midtown West hosted runners who came to the city for the TCS New York City Marathon, the largest and most widely known marathon in the world. Paola Tavarez recently was promoted to front desk supervisor at the Doubletree by Hilton Times Square West. General Manager Margarita Pavlova said Paola started with the hotel earlier this year as a guest service agent and quickly became a crucial part of the front office team. Fresh to the hospitality industry but not new to customer service, Paola quickly adjusted to the fast-paced environment with her eager to please our guest's attitude. In her new role, Paola will focus on training new hires at the front office as well as working with the front office managers to increase the property’s SALT scores.
