With the pace of bookings beginning to return after the pandemic, M&R’s sales and marketing managers launched a companywide blitz in May to restore lost business and take company sales to new heights.
The Fairfield by Marriott Joplin in Missouri has been honored by Marriott International with its Silver Circle Award, which recognizes hotels that are in the top 20% of overall guest satisfaction ratings.
The Holiday Inn New York City – Times Square has a new food-and-beverage outlet, Latitude 39 Restaurant & Bar, specializing in Mediterranean cuisine. The restaurant began by offering daily breakfast service in May and plans to add lunch and dinner service in June.
Axell Kelly’s career path at M&R is one more example of the company’s policy of recognizing associates’ hard work and initiative. Axell was part of the pre-opening team at the Fairfield by Marriott New York Manhattan/Central Park in 2016, serving as night auditor before being promoted to guest service agent and then to sales coordinator.
