Fairfield Joplin Honored for Guest Satisfaction Scores

The Fairfield by Marriott Joplin in Missouri has been honored by Marriott International with its Silver Circle Award, which recognizes hotels that are in the top 20% of overall guest satisfaction ratings.
The award was presented during the 2023 Marriott Select Brands General Managers Conference, held in Anaheim, California, in May. Fairfield Joplin General Manager Tanya Bogenrief accepted the award on behalf of her staff.
“Thanks are due to our team members, who go out of their way to make sure every guest has a successful stay, she said.
A recent guest review gave the hotel five stars. The “comfortable bed” gave the guest “a great, restful night.” The complimentary breakfast “had something for everyone.” And the staff? “Helpful and very friendly.”
The Fairfield Joplin is one of nine hotels in M&R’s portfolio that are Marriott brands: three additional Fairfields, two SpringHill Suites, a Residence Inn, a TownePlace Suites and a Le Méridien. In addition to Tanya, a number of the other M&R general managers participated in the conference as well as Rob Arigo, vice president of operations.
