M&R Employee Survey Shows a High Level of Staff Engagement

M&R’s annual employee survey, conducted in May, showed that a significant majority of employees feel engaged in their work. More than 80% of respondents reported being either fully or somewhat engaged, slightly higher than last year, while 14% reported being somewhat disengaged and only 4% said they felt totally disengaged.
