M&R Employee Survey Shows a High Level of Staff Engagement

M&R’s annual employee survey, conducted in May, showed that a significant majority of employees feel engaged in their work. More than 80% of respondents reported being either fully or somewhat engaged, slightly higher than last year, while 14% reported being somewhat disengaged and only 4% said they felt totally disengaged.

Approximately 90% of M&R employees participated in the survey, which measured engagement levels across several categories, including communication, diversity, fairness, growth and development, pride, recognition, respect, tools, training and overall satisfaction.

“Our goal is to create a healthy and thriving workplace, where employees feel heard and valued, are connected to their roles and contribute positively to the company culture,” said Cleo Clarke, vice president of the People & Culture team. “While the overall results are positive, we are always looking for ways to improve engagement and empower associates to achieve their full potential. If we take care of our employees, they, in turn, will take care of our guests.”
