Guests Express Thanks for Special Attention
Parents and grandparents are especially appreciative when associates go out of their way to make their children and grandchildren feel at home. It is one more way M&R is committed to providing what we call “hands-on hospitality:” associates working to ensure that every guest — including the youngest ones — have a positive experience.
In April, a couple was traveling with their daughter and grandchildren and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Joplin on Missouri: “We received a warm welcome and many offers of assistance with the grandchildren,” the couple wrote in their Tripadvisor review. “We look forward to returning.”
This guest recently stayed with her young daughter at the DoubleTree by Hilton Times Square West: “Reception was really welcoming and helpful,” the guest wrote in her review, adding, “My daughter lost a piece of her Barbie doll, and the staff helped her find it. The staff was lovely.”
A guest of the Hilton Garden Inn New York Times Square South wrote this review about her visit: “We were celebrating my son’s birthday. The staff was over the top. When we arrived, they had cookies in the room with a birthday card for my son signed by the hotel staff. We will be sure to stay here again.”
This Tripadvisor review was written by a woman who took her teenage daughter on a girls’ trip to New York in April and stayed at the TownePlace Suites New York Manhattan/Times Square: “As a suburbanite traveling with a teen, this hotel surpassed our expectations entirely.”
This guest wrote about her stay at the Hyatt Centric Midtown Fifth Avenue New York in May: “We were so excited when we walked into the room and saw all the surprises they had for my daughter’s birthday. They put rose petals on the bed and even gave her snacks and a balloon. I want to thank the staff at this location. They went above and beyond to make my daughter feel special. I appreciate it greatly.”
