New York Hotels Getting Ready for Spring

With spring approaching, general managers are very conscious of “curb appeal,” making sure the exterior of their hotels is as attractive as possible. They are aware that guests’ first impression of the hotel will be important and want it to be as positive as possible.

The Fairfield New York Manhattan/Central Park, the Holiday Inn Express Manhattan Midtown West, the DoubleTree by Hilton New York Times Square West the Holiday Inn New York City – Times Square and Tarrytown House Estate are among the hotels that are sprucing up.

Some have elaborate outdoor seating, others outdoor seating where arriving guests can wait for their reservation to be ready and departing guests for their transportation., Tarrytown House Estate, a conference resort, features extensive grounds.

In some cases, team engineers and other associates put on their garden gloves, find their trowels and help with the work. In other cases, the work is more complicated and left to professional landscaping crews.
