Open enrollment for 2025 health benefits is here through Nov. 22, and M&R associates who are eligible can select the medical, dental and drug coverage that best meets their families’ needs. This year’s open enrollment period offers various resources to help associates make informed choices.

To help you select benefits for the upcoming year, the following virtual and in-person meetings have been scheduled Nov. 6 and 7:

Virtual Open Enrollment Meetings (English Only)

Wednesday, Nov. 6, 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

In-Person Open Enrollment Meeting (Spanish)

Thursday, Nov. 7, 11 a.m. at Tarrytown House Estate on The Hudson

For questions or assistance regarding benefits, associates may call 888-592-1840 toll-free each day from Monday, Nov. 11, to Monday, Nov. 18, between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. Additionally, associates are encouraged to contact their supervisors for more information.

Please note that this is an active open enrollment period, meaning all employees, even those not making changes, must log into the benefits system to review and acknowledge their benefit choices for 2025 by Nov. 22.
