Open Enrollment for 2024 Benefits Coming Soon

During the upcoming open enrollment, M&R team members who are eligible to receive 2024 benefits can choose the levels of medical, dental and drug coverage that best suit their families’ needs.

“M&R takes pride in providing associates and their families with a wide range of competitive benefits,” said Cleo Clarke, vice president of people and culture. “These benefits are a key part of your total compensation.”

Selected benefits remain in effect for all of 2024 unless an associate experiences a life event like the birth of a child, when benefits can be adjusted. Eligible employees may participate in the benefits program beginning on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

M&R will communicate open enrollment dates via goHappy text messages. Benefits meetings, both virtual and in-person, have been planned to help associates select their options. See your manager for details.
