This Month: Open Enrollment for 2023 Benefits

All eligible M&R employees are encouraged to participate in one of three live virtual Open Enrollment information sessions on Tuesday, Dec. 1, to learn about benefit options for 2023. The Zoom sessions will be offered in English or Spanish at the following times:

  • 10 a.m. English session: Click HERE about five minutes in advance. Although the link should take you directly to the meeting, you may need this meeting ID – 92224415633 – and password – 711305.
  • 3 p.m. English session: Click HERE about five minutes in advance. The meeting ID for that session is 93668841431, and the password is 585152.
  • 2 p.m. Spanish session: Click HERE about five minutes in advance. The meeting ID for that session is ID: 92366532097, and the password is 959664.

Employees must elect their benefit choices during the Open Enrollment period from Dec. 5 through Dec. 15. This is your once-a-year opportunity to enroll or make changes to benefits (other than during qualified life events, including marriage, divorce, births, adoptions and job changes.)

The benefits you elect during Open Enrollment will be in effect for the next plan year, so choose carefully and review your benefit information before you enroll.

You are encouraged to call a benefit coach, toll-free, at 888-592-1840 if you have questions, need help deciding on your benefits, have no or limited access to a computer or need help logging in or resetting your password.

Associates should choose the benefits that are right for them and their families. Medical, dental and drug benefits, for example, come with different levels of coverage.

New employees become eligible to participate in the benefits program on the first of the month after 30 days of employment.
