Each January gives us, your senior management team, the opportunity to say in writing how much we value the contribution our associates make—every day—to the continued success of M&R. Whether you are just beginning your career in hospitality or are a seasoned veteran, please know that we very much appreciate your hard work and dedication.

It is easy to say “you are our eyes and ears to the customer, our guest.” But it is true. Over the years, we have put in place an approach to the business we call “hands-on hospitality.” Make no mistake, you are the ones who make that intention a reality. Each month in stories in “M&R Team News,” we read about associates giving their best, going the extra mile, supporting each other, as they strive to provide guests with a best-in-class experience.

Last year, we saw the business continue to rebound post-pandemic as travel, both business and leisure, returned to prior levels. We expect that momentum to continue further in 2024.
