What Each of Our Brands Promises

The brands represented in M&R’s portfolio – Fairfield, Hampton Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Radisson, TownPlace Suites, Comfort Inn, Le Méridien, Hyatt Centric, DoubleTree, SpringHill Suites, Days Inn, Best Western and Holiday Inn – each advertise carefully crafted brand promises, sometimes called mission or positioning statements.

Their purpose primarily is to create and manage guest expectations. Considering the number of brands competing in the marketplace, every brand must struggle to differentiate itself, and a compelling brand promise or mission statement is one way to do it.

But there’s another critical audience: You, as a M&R team member. While your paycheck may say M&R, you also represent the national brand that provides the name for your hotel.

Holiday Inn Express: “We offer everything guests need and provide more where it matters most.”

Radisson: “Every moment matters. More than our signature, it is how we do business and who we are at the core. We create memorable moments and company success by inspiring our team members with our core beliefs.”

TownePlace Suites: “Everything you need to live your life while on the road.”
